I have a small shelf I made painted to match my wall color with several pegs attached which I use to "manage" my hose. With the shelf screwed firmly to the wall I can hang my hose from one of the pegs by something stretchy. Sometimes I use rubber bands interlocked together to give my hose a little extra flexibility to move with me, other times I use some old nylons to hang my hose. As for the mask popping off if I run into this issue I wrap a little white plumbers teflon tape around the connector on the mask or a little bit of clingy sandwhich wrap does the trick to keep everything together for the days/weeks until I am able to get a new hose. I find I do not need to use much to give my hose a little someting extra to hold on to after it has lost some of its gripping strength.

WOW!!! Thank you all so much for the excellent suggestions. I am going to attempt to try them all and see what works out the best.

Like I said, I am a very restless sleeper, alternating between both sides and my stomach constantly throughout the night. The problem is that the hose keeps coming undone from my mask. It is so annoying I can't stand it. My mask(Activa LT), has a swivel on it that has what I guess you would call a male "threaded" end, and the ClimateLine hose just has a regular "unthreaded" female end. There is nothing holding those two pieces together. Maybe my hose is bad and it's time for a new one, or possibly they make some sort of "connector" piece to attach the two (I thought that someone had mentioned that)?

I'm going to try the t-shirt idea, as well as wrapping something around the connections to hold it in place.

For those that have the FX, will I have this problem with the FX?

I for got to bring my SD card with me this morning, but just by checking the machine, my AHI was close to 5 last night where it had previously been around 3. My leak last night was only 16 where previously it was around 24. That's pretty good for leak or no? I still haven't been able to find something that clearly and simply explains the whole leak business. So anyway my leak got better, but my AHI got worse. This is frustrating and I feel that I am going backwards instead of forward.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all for listening.

HoseCrusher,

Your post brought a smile to my face. I had not realized it before reading you post, but I essentially do exactly what you describe sans the T-shirt for the hose. The thing is, I have both a hose cozy for the small hose and a hose cozy for the large hose. And my hands now tend to gently hug my hose---one right at that junction of the two hose cozies and one just below the exhaust vent for my Swift FX. And yes, my hands in those positions gently, but firmly guide my hose all night long as I move in my sleep. The hand that grasps the hose right below the vent also can gently pull or push the hose as needed if I manage to slightly dislodge the nasal pillows. And it's been months since I've had a battle with getting tangled in my hose.
