see the above link, let me know if you have used it and whether or not it was effective and why?

Thanks, I am thinking about taking this step next to solve my leaking issues.

Joe,
I used a home-made silicone type liner made from an old prosthetic liner. It didn't seal very well...no better then the mask alone. I think because of moisture of escaped saliva...commonly known as drool. I then switched to the old T shirt trick which worked wonderfully for me.

I understand that those gel liners are very sticky gel and will do the job...but seems to me that should be reserved for the ASV people or folks with really high pressures.

Try the T shirt trick. A guy named Joeschmo is bound to have loads of old T shirts laying around.
Cheers,
Jamis

Tried one a while back.Did not work for me.Too sticky and yucky and way too much money.Go with the tee shirt trick and I believe you will be satisfied.

I used an old thin t-shirt to make a mask panty. It worked wonderfully.

I remember a post from a few months back. Another member had tried one, didn't like it and was going to return it.

I think a few members tried that gel seal a while back. From the discussion that I remember I don't think anyone was happy with it. A forum search might lead you to that discussion. Seems to me like it was early summer but I couldn't swear to it.
