We just finished another awesome meeting and carbonman shared some excellent ideas on the psychology behind falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up.

I think we all learned some excellent practical ideas today to help us sleep better. And we're going to continue meeting.

Will you come and join us?

When: Sat Dec 17 10-1130 AM

Where: Perkins Restaurant 8691 Sheridan Blvd, back room

(About 1/2 mile south of the Boulder Tpke (Hwy 36) just south of 88th Ave on Sheridan Blvd)

More details will follow in the coming days and weeks. Even if you're a guest to the forum, you are welcome as well. Let us know in this thread if you would like to attend. We have the tables reserved and already have 5 committed to coming.

This is a chance to share your success, share your failures, have someone listen and understand your issues, learn some new ideas and techniques, support each other, and just meet some great people committed to helping each other have a successful sleep therapy.

We're not sponsored by or affiliated with any organization, we're a group of forum members in the Denver area at different stages of therapy who decided to get together once a month. Would you like to join us?

Thanks Teri, if we get a bad storm I'll call it off and I'll try to notify everyone on the forum or via PM the night before.

Look forward to seeing you, hopefully you'll have some experience with the ASV by then. Let Kim know we're going to miss him!

Where: LOCATION: Perkins Restaurant 8691 Sheridan Blvd. It's at the stoplight one block south of 88th Ave. If you're coming from the Boulder Tpke (Hwy 36), get off at Sheridan and head south about 1/2 mile.

Anyone and everyone is invited and there are no requirements to join. If you're new to sleep apnea, a forum member or guest, a veteran cpapper, or a spouse or partner of someone with sleep apnea, come and join us. We're a relaxed, casual group of sleep apneans who meet once a month to share our problems, concerns, ideas, support, and solutions with each other.

If you plan to attend, please let us know in this thread or send me a PM so we have an idea as to how many will be there.

We're here for you and each other. Our meetings are relaxed, friendly, low key and casual. There's no cost, no sign up, and we have no affiliations with any medical groups, DME's, hospitals, or anyone else. We're a group of positive cpappers committed to helping and supporting ourselves and each other.
