I start on my stomach in a modified "falcon" position:

I then usually end up on my side at some point during the night.

If I wake up during the night and am not congested, I go back to the modified stomach "falcon". If I am congested, I stay on my side as that seems to be better for me when I get congestion.
If you are struggling with congestion, it helped me to add Alkalol to my daily sinus rinse. This reduced my congestion and allows me to breathe freely with my CPAP mask. CPAPtalk post about Alkalol use here: viewtopic.php?p=665255#p665255

What's the usual sleeping position for CPAP users? - Horizontal.

Couldn't resist. The post that reopened this topic looks suspicious.
