MyEncore sees only SOME of EncorePro's dates

I started using a CPAP almost 3 weeks ago. EncorePro shows data since Day One, which was Feb 6. But MyEncore shows data only from Feb 16. Is this a known issue?

others have reported glitches so it might the case

have you checked on how many days myencore will report data (in my version 2 places I change that - one for pressure data and other for other) ? click on save preferences exit out myencore and come back in?

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall myencore?

did you just download the data since the smart card only keeps detailed data for a week before the card overwrites the old data?
