cpap has changed my life!!! (For the better)

Post by tiredascanbe » Fri Jan 28, 2005 6:51 pm

Hi everyone and anyone on cpap
If you come to this place in your darkest hours seeking solitude from the pain, humiliation and frustration of having recently turned into a Darth Vadar apprentice, FEAR NOT! I have been on cpap for 4 months and it is worth all of the problems! My life has changed so much - I no longer have to go to bed at 8.30 pm to cope with my working/domestic life, I no longer have to put up with the constant comments of friends and relatives that I am a "lazy bones" or that I have been bitten by a tsetse fly, I no longer have to fear driving, I no longer have to wonder what the hell is wrong with me - CPAP has saved the day!!!!!!
Rejoice in your discovery of a device that can help your life!! Do not curse it (well..curse it sometimes, at 3 am, when your mask is leaking and water comes from the humidifier...) - but it is all worth it!!
Viva CPAP!!

LOL!

Reminds me of a quote:

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

heheh, Rubykat.

The message boards also make me think of:
"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, yearning to breathe free."
