Check the meds that one is taking because there are quite a few of them that impair the absorption of B-12. PPI' s as the above poster mentions. If you are taking metformin that is another. Always read those papers after getting a new med filled. I always check this site too:

My doctor kept hounding me to take B-12 or come in monthly and get a B-12 shot. Also for Vitamin D. I started both and after a month or so I still felt just as crappy as ever. Wishful thinking I guess on my part.

Yea, I found they don't stick very well and fall off easily. My experience with them anyways...

Hi,

I take marmite spread on the multigrains breads which comes with b1,b2,b3 and b12. Marmite is made from NZ Sanitarim that uses non daily ingredient. I feel must better if I take it for breakfast.......if not feel not as great.

Marmite, Promite, Vegemite, many come with vit B.

Anyone trying these or any natural food source?

Mckooi
