Sleepyhead software for the mac.

A few weeks ago I started using the mac software. The top three graphs were good the others were blurry and the names of the graphs looked like a black pen went over the name. It just hit me when I am on the data page, & click on the lower left and stretch the screen to full size everything is clear.

I receive in emails from Jimbo attachments. so far 6. I have been downloading them and they seem to install through terminal. Not being a computer
user with a lot of knowledge am I doing the correct thing. I have been asked if I used git. The download seemed to be a normal dmg file for the initial installation.

I have not sent you any attachments, so I do not know what you are installing. What are the names of the files that appear to be attachments?

I received 2 in each email. A total of 3 emails. Each file had a different number. They came in an email from sleepyhead, when I replied to the first
I was asked if I used git. The email had the name Jim on it. They certainly appeared be mac oriented files. Jedimark said that you are the person behind
the mac program. I assumed ( I hate that word) that it was an update to sleepyhead.
If they didn't come from you let me ask the following.
!-When you send an update to the progam how will I receive?
2-Has there been an update since the original dmg file?
3-Can you think of anything that I can do to correct the minor problem that is occuring?

Thank you in advance for any help that you can offer. Now that I learned to work around my problem. I prefer sleepyhead to rescan.

Bobby, I sent you a couple of emails, but I did not attach anything to them. You still haven't told me the names of the files that you say were attached and installed. I think you may be confused about some extra stuff added to the end of emails by the sourceforge.net mailing list software. I have no control over that or whatever it is you may have installed as a result of that extra stuff added by the mailing list software.

Bobby, I would suggest that you delete SH in its entirety.

Bobby, the link to download the latest alpha version is posted in the separate topic/thread related to the latest alpha version for mac. After you delete SH in its entirety, I would suggest that you wait until I post the next message to that thread to announce the next alpha version. My next message in that thread will have a download link. At this point, since Mark has rewritten the entire graphing system and made a ton of other changes, it is not especially useful to be testing the last alpha drop. Delete it and wait for the next one.

Remember, Bobby, this is alpha code. Lots of things are broken and missing. Alpha software is not intended for daily use. If you choose to download and install the next alpha version, you should do so with the sole intention of helping to find and report what is broken. Having said that, I believe you will be impressed by all the changes Mark has made to the graphing system, mouse controls, etc.

I'm posting this to show that no confusion was involved. I received an email this morning from Mark Watkins and another two attachments were there

This is exactly what the other 6 looked like but different numbers. Mark says that the Company does this.
Seeing that you are a mac person. Is there a way to remove the attachments from my system?

I took you advise and removed sleepyhead from my system. Thank you for taking your valuable time to help us Hoseheads .

Since they are text files and tiny, you can probably just ignore them. I suspect they are the text of the spamvertisements added to the end of each email by the sourceforge.net mailing list software. Just ignore such attachments in the future. They may have be in your Downloads folder.
