I have the Remstar Pro wC-flex. I've become quite comfy with my pressure setting at 9cm. Actually sometimes in the early morning I have to open my mouth just to make sure there is pressure because I can't feel resistance on my exhaulation.
I was thinking, If I can handle higher pressure why not...since I may be having AHI that I'm not aware of. Are there any reasons to not have higher pressure, other than being uncomfortable to breath against?
I will answer be able to answer my own question once I can figure out how to get the Auto.
Is it OK to adjust my pressure upward?

Some good people in here!
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If you're feeling fine at 9cm, then why change things? More does not equal better.
It's not a matter of how much pressure can you handle. It's more about what's the least pressure you can use that will satisfactorily treat your apnea.

With out a machine and software, you can cause Centrals, There is a sweet spot to shoot for. Mine seeened to top at 15.5 cm, but to play safely you have to have the readings from every nite.
