Has this happened to anybody else on cpap.com?

I've been purchasing a number of items from cpap.com, now that I've discovered their cleaning and comfort range of productions, and found something interesting with their ordering page.

If you have items in your cart, and navigate away from the site, you get a popup from offering to open a chat session with a sales rep. On the chat window, there is a link that when you click gives you a coupon code for free shipping, that is applied to your current cart.

This happened to me today when I was placing an order, got distracted by another site I had open in a separate window and navigated away from cpap.com. My order was under $99, so it wasn't their standing free shipping offer. Just curious if this was a one off, or something they do all the time.

Yes, I had that happen the other day without actually navigating away. It seems to pop up if you sit idle long enough with something in your cart.
