Hi Dori. I lost 20 lbs on a low carb diet, eating more meats, eggs and cheese, protein, drank A LOT of water 60-70 oz/day and cut out sweets and fast food. I pretty much cut out bread, rice, potatoes, chips, cookies, beans, pasta, cereal etc. Didn't exercise much except for some stretching. I haven't felt tired even though I have been sleeping less. I didn't replace my mask because I hadn't met my deductible and it would cost a fortune, so I waited, too long. My higher numbers correlate in time exactly with the weight loss - there is really no question that is what caused it, but I have felt better, not worse lately. I don't know if 7 is so terrible I thought 5.0 or less was considered "therapy"
