Need help w ResScan report

Post by Riorican » Sat Jun 18, 2011 5:07 pm

I can't get the detailed graphs to show. I watched the tutorial and thought the problem was that I had not highlighted a date before clicking on detailed graph tab. I tried it again and highlighted June 17 hoping to get the option to see detailed graphs for that date, but the page is blank and says 'no detailed data available'.

When I downloaded the data I did choose: select...all summary data...all...and checked the box for high rate data sessions. I also clicked overwrite for the duplicate data.

I got this to work one time when I first started therapy but am stuck today. Anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Seems like I would delete the software and do it again.

When you select download, the download page opens, click on the lower select tab. This opens Select data type to download. Click on all summery data and…, in the drop down box select all. Select include equivalent number of high rate data sessions. In the lower left corner select set these as my default options, Select OK and it should now download all the detail data.

Best Regards

Thanks terio2 and TimWK. I tried following Tim's directions...didn't work. I then uninstalled and reinstalled software and it still isn't working. Guess I'll give it a day or two and try again. Must be operator error. Thx.

If all else fails disconnect & reconnect your S9 from power. If that doesn't do it have S9 erase the card.
