Thanks for your work on this. Very helpful information!

On the beta version, is it possible to change the timezone? My files automatically load with GMT -5 but in reality the machine is apparently set to GMT.

Thanks,
Josh
cpapdork wrote:Hi! Version 1.2 of Onkor has been released and is available at the usual place (). The old version is still available for now, but you have the option to try the new 1.2 Beta. There is also a video overview there of the new version if you'd just like to see it without trying.

New features include:
  • User Accounts Support
  • Customized combining of sessions based on separation
  • Calendar View and Timeline View
  • Custom Good/Bad colors for AHI
  • Custom Good/Bad thresholds for AHI
  • Custom "mini-summaries" of past X days
  • Session Bookmarks
  • Internet Explorer 9 support
  • Plot event markers occupy only bottom half, improving waveform visibility
  • General improvement to user interface
A new base for the application was created as well, which means future improvements can be added more easily. You'll see some placeholders for future planned featur

Please let me know any problems you may encounter or if you have any questions. Again, the old version is still fully functional, and I won't fully transition to 1.2 until there are no problems (or at least fewer problems than the old version!).

Not at the moment, but it's my next planned update. It was in prior version but I had to leave it out of initial release of this beta. I will post when it is available.

I finally got around to trying the new version. I like a lot of the new features! However, I'm seeing some really crazy lines on the flow data that aren't showing in Onkor1.0 or in SleepyHead. I had to zoom in to show the comparison between Onkor 1.0 and 1.2 because I'm using internet explorer and I can only see the data in 1.0 when I zoom in.

This is my full set of flow data for last night as seen in Onkor 1.2:

Cowlypso, thanks for taking the time to put those screenshots together. Those lines do look a bit odd. I'll have to take a look at the data. Can you either PM (or email) me your username and the date. Alternatively, you can "bookmark" the session in the "More Actions" tab on the detail page. I'll have a "report a problem" link soon, but for now i'll be able to tell by looking at the bookmarks.

EDIT: Never mind, I can reproduce it on my own graphs too. I think I know the problem and will try to fix it tomorrow alongside adding support for timezone preference.

New release just posted, including timezone adjustment support (set your timezone from your profile page) and elimination of those odd lines cowlypso noticed (thanks again, cowlypso).

I have to reprocess existing data to eliminate these lines. This is ongoing now and should be done in an hour or so, so there's no need to reupload your data. All newly uploaded file will be processed correctly.

Thanks for the timezone! Makes it much easier to use and understand without having to count on my fingers

Thanks for all of the work you've done on this. I got a new machine less than a week ago, and this has greatly helped me understand what's going on through the night.

Released a new change to Onkor that may help with load-times and visibility on the primary airflow plot. Now, the thickness of the plot lines are adjusted automatically based on the zoom scale. Many browsers seem to draw the graph more quickly if the lines are thinner, so the main plot might show up a little faster for some.

Pugsy, could you see if this fixes your problem with the initial loading?

Yes. Beta version now gives me the flow line that had been failing to load. Still takes a couple of minutes to load but some of that may be my sucky internet speed connection. I never know when it will decide to be worse than dial up.
Zoom in works fine and immediate once I get the flow graph.

Onkor new version released that now includes report sharing. You can mark (from the "Actions" tab of the therapy detail page) to share your report. Shared reports will appear in a list from user's therapy home page under the tab "Shares".

You can unshare the report at any time, but while it is is shared, anyone will be able to view it. I will later add support to allow you to share with only certain users.

Another Onkor release which has now replaced the old 1.1 version. Only one new feature: ability to save all plots/graphs as images. There's a little blue plus sign on the bottom right corner of all plots. Click on that, then click on the save icon that appears. The image will be generated and you can save it on your computer or view it with a image viewer program.

I like the ability to save the graph, thanks.

It would be nice to see the average time per day in the overview screens. Also, not sure if I'm the only one, but I have more RE events than OA/CA, so I'd find it helpful to have an adjusted AHI that included RE's, but again, that may be just me

Thanks for all the work you've done on this.

Sorry, one more than that would be awesome...I never can remember the last file that I uploaded, so it would be awesome to see the sequential filename uploaded, so I don't have to wait to upload files that have already been uploaded...Thanks!

Good idea about sequence numbers and should be fairly easy to add. About the AHI: it's actually a defined metric that's supposed to be calculated identically, so I don't want to mess with that calc. However, if you have any other ideas for calculations that seem significant, I'd be happy to add them. One thing I used to have in early version was a display of breathing rates, which I could add back in.

Maybe calculate RDI in addition to AHI? RDI combines apneas, hypopneas, and RERAs, so I think that's the metric that the other poster was asking for.
