You didn't say which machine you have, as it might require a different card reader. Here's some listings.

Den

If they knew of something to help no one can send you any information because you are not registered and so you can't receive or send private messages.

Register to the form and add your equipment to your profile in the Equipment tab. Please use TEXT option list your equipment because the Iconny thing is so small and they all look a like and we have to click on a link to see what you use.

Besides Encore

a couple of forum members have developed software to read the data off the SD discs. Did you know about this option?
Both are freeware.

Onkor online analyzer was developed recently by another forum member and does a decent job but is visually different in report aspects.

Finally another member has developed an open source software but it is very, very new and by his own admission, not even ready for beta testing but if you are geeky and want to try it it does a good job.

I see you have registered and listed equipment.
Please take the time to look at what you have chosen. It was discontinued long ago. I suspect that you will have a machine that looks similar to mine (click on link in my equipment).
If you are new to cpap they probably will have given you a PR System One Remstar of some model. And yes it probably only says Remstar something model on it because Respionics called all their machines Remstar. Very confusing.

The new model full name is Respironics PR System One Remstar model name. In the drop down menu in your profile just look for the PR System One Remstar machines. The various models as well as the PR system one humidifier are listed there.
