"The Lady Is A Champ"! After nearly a year on CPAP therapy and NO positve results, I was ready to chunk the machine and mask in my closet and let it collect dust...

Then I found "Pugsy"...Therapy is not perfect by any means (mask leaks and back sleeping are still demons with me), but it is much improved with the help I've received from her!

I can't express the gratitude I feel for this lady!

I would also like to personally thank Pugsy, I have only been on here a short time and Pugsy has been a tremendous help. I must also thank everyone else who has provided help to us newbies. I don't know if I could have stuck with this had I not read some of the great advice on here.

+1. She's been super helpful and does a great job of explaining things. Plus she's always kind -- including when she talking to someone who tries even the most patient of people. That's an amazing trait.

Thanks Pugsy, you are awesome helping people (me included) with brilliant and helpful explanations about all kind of issues related to Encore Pro 2. Thanks for all the time you have taken to analyze and understand those programs for our Respironics machines. Thanks a million.
