Please be sure you're not blocking the exhaust vents when you sleep like this. You don't want to re-breathe exhaled CO2.
To reiterate what others have said, software is
very helpful when we need to discern what about our therapy is not working as well as it should. As Pugsy said above, having software and reading reports doesn't mean you have to change anything - it's just more information, and that's always a good thing. If/when you're ready to explore potential adjustments to your therapy, you'll have solid info to go by in determining your direction.

The GERD could be aggravated by sleeping on your right side...might try to avoid that for a bit and see if that helps. Seems many has a weak LES, lower esophageal sphincter...the one that closes at the top of stomach. When it's weak, lots of stomach fluids leak out. Mint has been shown to temporariy weaken it, so if your a fan might try avoiding it for awhile to see if it might be a factor.
Ditto the reminder not to jam the exhaust vents into a pillow or allow bedding to cover those vents... undoes all the good the CPAP is doing.

I had bad GERD like symptoms. I figured out my machine was set wrong and I needed more pressure.
I got much better immediately, but I'm doing some experimentation now. I'm beginning to think I get a little GERD-like symptoms when my pressure is high enough to not show any hyponeas, but it gets better if I bump the pressure up 1 unit.
