Quite a few nights <1, lowest to date 0.7. I've also had some 3 & 4's. Good nights, bad nights.

Lowest was 1.2 ; usually around 2.5. It was 37 the first night but I had lowered the pressure too much. I titrated the pressure up and the AHI came down.

Of late, I've had several nights below 1 with the lowest a 0.3. I have averaged 1.5 since I started therapy last August 29, but only had a couple of nights below 1 all that time until the last couple of weeks. I have lost 21 lbs since starting and I wonder if that may have contributed to the lower readings. Regardless, my therapy has always been good since night 1; however, I STILL have daytime tiredness. I guess decades of sleep deprivation takes a long time to pay back!

Haven't seen below 1.0 yet, but I've only had maybe 15 nights on it so far because it's at my wife's place. Trouble is I only see her one weekend/month, and I have a hard time getting uninterrupted sleep.

She keeps pawing at me. I feel like a piece of meat. It's so degrading . . .

I averaged 1.0 or less forever on my former Respironics Auto brick and since getting my Intellipap it averages 4.0 or 7.0
AHI. Some have said it's the difference in the way the software records data, I truly hope that's true...
