Super!! That's great!! Always good to read of positive experiences. This has to be a real boost for your own morale.
It is, and I'm starting to feel better in general from the treatment (I think).I don't know what the tingling in my noggin was all about the first few days, but it seems to have gone away, and I'm feeling more rested overall.
Your noggin was probably not used to all of the oxygen it started getting from the CPAP

Glad to hear things are going better for you.

Dennis

Hang in there. You'll soon (it is to be hoped) get to the point at which, if you go hoseless one night, you'll see the benefit.

After about 4 months on the hose, we had a power failure in the middle of the night. "No sweat," thunk I, 'cause the wife was asleep, so I couldn't say it to her, so I just sort of said it to meself, sotto voce, "I'll just go without. After all, I slept that way for 53 years; I can go one night without."

Huh! Thought I was going to DIE! Had what felt like a hangover all the next day.

Geez, what a difference CPAP makes!

This is not an either or scenario.

---you could have another problem going on, such as an auto immune problem creating food allergies etc. Try to investigate
'leaky gut syndrome' for example.

--you need to stay on the pap, and COMPARE scientific data on sleep incidents (AHI) and how you are improving. Not make decisions by the seat of your pants.

----you may have significant leaks, or other problems

--you may still be snoring, by sleeping on your back causing all kinds of OTHER problems.

Stick with this. Nobody said it was easy. There are a hundred adjustments we all make as we keep learning.
