Good to hear from you. After finding out after one absence you'd been very ill, I was concerned. Having a mask you love is of great value in this neighborhood - glad you have one. Don't be a stranger!

I hope the GYN stuff isn't anything serious. I totally understand about the Coumadin tests - my husband had to be on it for a year, before they finally put him on aspirin therapy instead - he was having awful side effects from it.

Yay on the new equipment!

Hi there, BrownEyes... wow, it's so good to see you posting again.

Glad you're happy with your new equipment. Finding a mask that's comfy sure is a major key to being able to "do CPAP."

You've had a lot to deal with, and you've kept hanging in there. Hope everything gets better and better for you!

I am a newbie to cpap. Today makes it a week now. I've been reading all week and joined today. This forum has been so helpful. Thank you all!!
It is really nice to know there are others out there and I am not alone.

I tried the Comfort Gel full face for the first week. Hard week. I just got the Easy Life nasal mask today. I haven't sleep with it yet just tried it on and laid down. But first impressions, soo comfortable and no leaks, but a little louder air sounds. Tonight will be my test.

Again this newbie appreciates all the caring and thoughtful responses and questions answered.

Welcome to the forum, Crazy Cat Lady.

If you have questions or want to comment more about your mask, don't be hesitant to click the Post a New Topic button on the main page of this forum. Plenty of other new people (and oldsters!!) would love to see a topic started about how things are getting going for another new person....you!

I like your nickname and avatar picture! If you post much on the forum, you'll probably get nicknamed CCL.

Thank you rested gal. Your posts have really been helpful. I am on another forum and CCL is my nickname there. I debated whether I
should change it with something like "Sleeps with Cats" but decided I should just stick with it. Embrace the crazy.

Thank you DoriC. I feel like I already know you from your wonderful posts. Was reading about C flex today and learned
alot and how your hubby was having trouble with it. So today was C flex 101 for me
I am taking one day at a time, or rather one night at a time.
