I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ripped the mask off about 11. Woke up again at 2. Put mask back on. Slept till 5:30!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on taking those first SEVERAL steps towards making CPAP work for you!

It takes real discipline to *put* the mask on at 2:00 AM. Give yourself MANY pats on the back for this!

And congrats on sleeping through from 2:00 till 5:30
