My first solid night!!!!!

Post by dusty0318 » Thu Mar 17, 2011 4:02 am

I slept straight through till 5:30. First time. No getting up to adjust this. No wiggling around trying to adjust that. Just a good night's sleep.

Congratulations!

How many nights practice did you have? I've just arisen from night # 8. I haven't slept through the night once...but, I have slept w/o any major incident and I'm doing pretty good I think, so far.

Congratulations from someone who's still looking for an uninterrupted night of sleep almost six months after starting therapy. I'm green with envy for you!

Well done. It does get easier with time. I didn't have any straight through nights for a long, long time but I had other issues that woke me often. Wasn't so much the mask which I was pretty much adjusted to in a couple of weeks.
