Tightening that pressure range may also help fix some of the leak problems. In looking at the leak graphs compared to the pressure graphs, it looks like a lot of the really significant leaking is happening when you are at the higher pressures. So if you started with a higher minimum pressure, then your mask fitting might be good enough to not spring leaks when the pressure goes up.

Do you have any reports that show the pressure change? All I saw were the 4-20. Did I miss them?

A change in AHI of only 1 really is not a huge change. It is normal to vary a bit from night to night.

From the reports I saw the pressure increases sometimes seemed to be associated with leaks for the most part but some appeared to be coming with event increases. It is hard to tell which came first, leaks or events, or events triggering pressure increase which triggers leaks.. Gotta get a better handle on the leaks first.

New mask? Nasal type like you have? or maybe nasal pillow type of mask which is even more TV friendly. Check out the one I use in my Profile, see if it interests you.

galinha, I used the Sleepweaver when I first started cpap, and I think it helped me get off to a good start. It is SO light, and quite comfortable. Leaks were a problem I couldn't get solved with that mask, though, and I realized I was mouth-breathing as well, so I moved on to the Hybrid. The Sleepweaver is definitely worth looking into.

This Hybrid by Innomed

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/RespCa ... -Mask.html

ResMed has a similar product

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... dgear.html

There are subtle differences. Some people don't do well on one but do well on the other.
The Innomed Hybrid comes with 3 sizes of cushions to try and 3 size of nasal pillows
The Liberty comes with only one size cushion and you have to choose before ordering, and it has 3 sizes of nasal pillows.

I use this one link below. Very comfortable. Easy to see for reading or TV. A lot of people use it and love it. As with all masks, some people don't. What works for me or another person may not work for you but it is all part of the experimenting we have to do to find the right one.

This website in the UK also has other types of nasal pillow masks.

Understand.

I don't know anything about an online supplier in the UK or your area. I just picked that one from your link to the SleepWeaver.

The mask is tiny, it doesn't weigh anything. Shipping shouldn't be that much but I guess they can get away with it. You might continue looking to see if any one else has better shipping rates.
