Thank you RG for all the links. Maybe we can bump this every now and then to keep it in front for the new people to see.

Great links. My wife is the newbie, however, I am the caretaker and hence will do the cleaning.
This helps my mind rest a lot better knowing I don't have to do as much as I thought.
Resmed Airsense 10 For Her set on the For Her mode.
Phillips Dreamwear nasal cushion mask
My wife is the CPAP user.

You can develop your own routine per whatever makes you comfortable. Some people clean anything very little and some people clean everything religiously for whatever reason they might have. Whatever floats your boat is actually okay.
Just don't fall for the SoClean or similar Ozone cleaner ideas. It doesn't actually remove any snot, dirt, facial oils, etc..they even tell you to wash stuff first (and they have a nice product to sell you to wash stuff with) and then use the ozone device.

Ozone...bad for your equipment and your lungs and will void some machine warranties if you use it.

What I do.....next to nothing....never wash the hose and only wash the mask frame maybe once a month. When I used nasal pillow mask...I washed the nasal pillows every month or so (sooner if I had a cold).
The water chamber...washed maybe every 2 or 3 months when I happened to think about it.
