Hi Kieran.... sounds like you have a bad cold....get well soon! SmartFlex can be set from 1 (least amount of pressure relief) to 3 (most amount). You can invoke SmartFlex to be on Full Time or just in the Delay mode. (I don't use Delay at all, but keep SF on full time)..... Now, once you have figured out how much pressure relief you need, you now need to set your Rounding for iRounding (inhale) and eRounding (exhale). You have a range of 0-5 for each which controls the smoothness of transition from pressure to pressure. You will probably need to try a couple of combinations of settings to see how they work for you.

If you need the clinician's manual for your machine, PM me with your email address and I'll send it along to you.....

FWIW: My settings are for an Auto pressure range of 7-10; SmartFlex on Full Time and set to 2; iRounding set at 1; eRounding set at 2.

If you are using the humidifier, try setting it at 2 to see if that helps with your congestion. I'd also use a nasal rinse twice a day until that cold goes away.

Best of luck!!

BTW: Take a moment to go to the User Control Panel top left, then to Profile--->Edit Equipment and then choose your gear from the pull down menus. Then choose to show it in TEXT, not pictures.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
