Mikey,

Your DME may lack some in knowledge, but you must admit that not only did the DME supply you with the top of the line, most expensive machine, but also gave you the software for free. That would raise my esteem for the DME many, many notches in MY book!

Change is difficult, but my guess is that you are really going to like this new machine when all the bells and whistles are figured out.

I went from an S8 to an S9 Autoset and love it. My partner just got an S9 Autoset and he has no problems either. Our doctor loves the S9.
