ResScan -> 4.02

Newbie to cpaptalk. All the post state either requesting Rescan 3.12 software or thank you for the software. Im using 03.11.009 and having a few issues running Win 7 64bit. How can I see link to site for download of 3.12 software?

I used to have ResScan software until I lost my computer awhile back. I've been trying to find it online for several hours. The one place I went to wouldn't take my information so I must not be on the right page.

Could someone please provide me with the information to download it onto my new computer?

Hi all,
Brand new to the site. I have been using a Resmed S7 for the last 6 years (setting 11) Just completed a sleep lab and will be buying the S9 when the results are in. Downloaded the newest software but am getting an," error1317, cannot create c:\users\public\documents folder".

Am I doing something wrong (windows vista). Any help would be appreciated. pm jeja@sympatico.ca

Newbe here and I'm on day two using my Resmed S9. I just install Rescan 3.12, and it downloads the data just fine, but I cant see any of the detailed reports only the times when the machine was on. Is this software supposed to tell me more info?

I believe that there is a special selection prior to the download for "detailed data". The default is for summary data and you must tell it ahead of time "detailed data".

Thanks I'm glad I found this site.

With the S9 you need to remove the data card and use a card reader to be able to get the detailed data. You won't get it via the S9.

I have been on the s9 for a week now and looking forward to view my results. I see many references here on the possibility of 'downloading' the most recent software to read the data, however I need some help doing so. Can anyone assist me!? Thanks so much in advance.
