Things could be worse or maybe just funnier?

I saw this photo in our local newspaper today and it mades me:

1. laugh
2. think this man will never need CPAP as his airways must be enormous
3. sympathise as some nights I feel a bit like this when the pressure is up
4. appreciate my CPAP machine and what it does for me

I am glad that I saw this picture in the morning. I don't need the night time competition for the recurring stuffed goose dreams that this would inspire if I'd seen it just before going to bed. LOL.
