trying the mirage quattro for the first time

Post by pbsd » Sat Jan 08, 2011 1:43 pm

Hi all,

I requested the quattro fx from my provider and they don't have it available at least not yet. However they do have the quattro. I am do to receive it this Monday. I have heard mixed reviews on the seal. Can anyone tell me their experience with the seal and if they have any tips tricks that might help?

Check out "Taming The Mirage Quattro" in my signature. It should help.

Oh, good, Jan came to the rescue. Thanks, J, I was looking for that!

Good luck, pbsd. I love my Quattro (I do want to try the FX, too), but because our faces are all different, masks fit us differently. I hope the Quattro works for you!

Take care.

Thats some very helpful info Jan. I too just started using a Quattro mask and Im really on the fence about using; I want it to work, but its rough on my nose bridge and the blowing into my eyes is ultra annoying. I'll try fitting it as you have outlined.

Gee, I wish I'd read this months ago. I seem to have my Quattro under control now, but this is a great procedure and good advice. I, too, am planning to try the FX as soon as I can get one here.

Thanks for the pointers!

A special thanks to Jan for her contribution. FYI I think that information is great for everyone who has a ff mask not just the quattro!
