1). What did you find best for the EPR setting

2). How did you decide on temp, auto or manually set

3). Is smartstart the way to go

4). CAn someone please tell me where to access the software

For software post a reply to this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=52732&st=0&sk=t&sd= ... sscan+3.12

I manually set the temp and do not use smartstart. I use EPR at 3 but my settings are 16/20.

1). What did you find best for the EPR setting

I am set for EPR of 3 and I am on straight CPAP set at 8

2). How did you decide on temp, auto or manually set

I use the climateline hose and I have mine set at 72 degrees. You may have to play with this setting over a few days to find the right temperature for you.

3). Is smartstart the way to go

I use a nasal pillow mask and do not use the smart start. I just turn my on and off. The smart start only works with nasal pillows and does not work with full face masks.

4). CAn someone please tell me where to access the software

Search for Uncle_Bob. He can send you the software.

I can see after 10 years of using a CPAP at 10 that its going to take little while to adjust to the s9 auto. Only slept for about 3 hours and the reading was .04. Didnt really like the exhale reduction so will turn that off tonight.
