timestamp PR system one

Does anyone know how to change the timestamp/clock on the unit? My software downloads all make it look like I go to bed at 2 am and that i awake at 9am or later.

Any way to change this? Does the system one have a battery backup so that if unplugged the time would still be accurate?

the machine is gmt, there is settings in the software (at least in encore pro) What software are you using?

I am using encore pro. How do I change the time/date?

To change Encore Pro 2.2.14.0 from GMT to local time, in the home screen select the Company Settings tab, in the Offices tab click the orange EDIT box, and select your time zone.

See if you get more or less waveform data availability after making the change. I lost one day's worth after setting to local time. Maybe best to print off any waveform reports before changing the time. Changing it back to GMT didn't bring back my missing waveform data for that day.

I belive it will actually show the correct time for all now, I dont think you need to wait until tomorrow

That's right. It will update the time to your set local time for all data and all patients. The software has a warning that it might take 24 to make the change throughout the database, but for me it took 3 seconds.
