Any homemade solution for neti pot?

my neti pot holds about 8 oz. I just put 1/4 teasp kosher salt or sea salt in the pot when it's filled with comfortably warm water, stir and use. I gently blow my nose afterward. I spend a lot of time in barns and around farm animals and hay, so I ted to net at least 1x day and sometimes 2x. Over the past 3 years I have gone from 3 sinus infections a year to a total of 2 in 3 years. If you find that your nose is dry anyway, you can put a dab of sesame oil in each nostril after neti.

One cup distilled water, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (no iodine), pinch of baking soda. Warm to body temp.
