I ask because mine does not seem to be like the ones I read about. I downloaded the ResScan software and the S9 Elite Providers manual. In the manual and in posts here I understand that I should be able to see my AHI on my machine's display. This is what I see,

instead of
I also do not find any option in either the user or clinician menus to set the level of detail data that is recorded. There is no mask fit function.
When I insert the SD card from my S9 into my PC and run ResScan 3.12 the download does not seem to work. When the download completes the application closes. If I open it back up there is no data there.

Are you sure it is an S9 Elite and not an S9 Escape? Double check..... as one is data capable and the the other is not.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

I think the above might be a Windows issue. The application is not supposed to close by itself, but I find that sometimes it does so repeatedly and I have to start over again. Sooner or later, I have always managed to get it to download successfully, but it takes far longer than the estimates suggest. I also find I have better luck when I don't have other programs running at the same time.
Edit: Turn the cpap dial to the right in order to get to the screen on your example.

To get from the "Sleep Report" screen you are seeing to the "Sleep Quality" screen, push the "I" button. If that doesn't work push the "I" button a second time. Pushing the "I" two times when I'm on the Sleep report screen always works for me. Have you tried unplugging and plugging the machine back in? Rebooting may solve the problem.
I'll ask a related question here about the S9 display. I've read some people's S9 screen shows the leak rate in addition to the AHI. Is that accurate? My machine doesn't display the leak rate ever--just that red or green face.

I found out that all S9 are not all alike. Other maybe able to tell you what the different model names are but according to my DME there is auto and non auto S9. Please anybody correct me if I am wrong.
I was pleased to here the DME RT tell me they recommend a S9. When I told him my doctor had indicated that I would benefit from a APAP
He said I would only have a auto for a week, then I would get a non-auto S9. I told him my Doctor summary said I would benefit from a autopap and pointed it out. He said he did sell many auto to customers. It looks to me here on this cite auto are the more desired units.
But yes there must be more then one at least a auto titrating and a non auto
for what it is worth

So even though my receipt says I have the S9 Elite it must be one of the other models.

ResMed
On the back label it says S9. There is nothing indicating a model that I can find.

It is so small that I was overlooking it thinking it was just a dial indicator. It says "Escape". Mystery solved. That means that I did not receive what I was told.
Thank you.

If your receipt says it's an "Elite", then get back to them and demand an "Elite!

If your receipt says "S9 Elite" and the machine says "S9 Escape" TAKE IT BACK to the DME and DEMAND that they switch it for the Elite!
Do NOT let your DME get away with this bait-and-switch!

Let's hope it was an honest mistake on the DME's part............
But yes, don't ask, demand that you get what your reciept says. An Escape holds no data.

Take that brick back to the DME and demand what you , insurance or not, paid for. I hope it was an honest mistake, but DMEs like to play games, I'd seriously look for another supplier, they are either incompetent or untrustworthy.
