Problem with detailed graphs

I rarely get detailed graphs why couldnt I?
I dont know what I did when I had them (3 days over 212)
I get all the summary graphs without problem, I am asking for detailed one but the answer is no one are available.
Is someone can help me?

On the "Download Data" pop-up page which usually appears when you start to download data there is a "select" button which allows you to select the data that you wish to download. Make sure the selection is to "All".

Yes I am sure.
I put a new software to see if there will be changes, no, no detailed data available.

I don't know what the figure is without looking -- I'm too lazy right now -- but if you look at the data report you'll see that there are only a certain number of days of detailed data that can be retained. At least that's the case with my ResMed S9 Autoset machine and ResScan 3.12 software.
