I'm thinking of changing the name of mine to one of these:

The Machine
Rack Monster

I don't know if they're quite as good as Bong, though.

No name for my mask but I call the machine "The Box". Ok on this one I am boring but my friends say I am a as fun as a barrel of monkeys most of the time.
always a hosehead, almost a hoser.

I was getting worried that I was the only glass-half-empty person here. I also call it "the #$!&(@ CPAP", as in, "Here we go again with the #*(@(!*#@ CPAP" or "thanks to that @(!)#&$#^ CPAP, I woke up a million times last night", etc.

Hawthorne wrote:Quite some time ago someone on this forum said that they had a family member selling older large mouse pads with logos for sleep apnea on them. I wanted one to help mute sounds with my machine. It is a good size (machine and humidifier fit on it with a border). It says on it, "Wind Rider" - taming the night". So I call my machine "Wind Rider" or "Windy" for short.
My mousepad like yours says Hosehead.

Haven't named my machine though. Made a few crude references to it, but nothing stuck. At least nothing I should say here.

When my dad got his a few years ago, my mom kept calling it his "sea pack." I told her it was a cpap- continuous positive airway pressure. She paused, then told me she likes sea pack better because he looks like he's ready to go scuba diving with the mask on.
