I have been gathering data with software for over 2 years now and have never changed the time on my cpap machine but my data was always at the current correct time.
I thinks what ppharman said is what happens.
The time on mine is still of and off even worse than before. I didn't see anywhere to change the settings. I'm not too worried about it. As long as I have my total time used and my total events I'm fine with the time being off. I know what time I put the mask on and can adjust the time in my head.
