I have had the misfortune to have been 'served' by HMO's who apparently assume their bottom line improves when a patient DIES.

The Watch-PAT uses a combination of peripheral arterial tone (PAT), pulse rate, actigraphy and oximetry. There has been quite a bit of validation on this device. I guess you take a look in PubMed

Hi, how far did you go about home- testing yourself with a WatchPAT?

I find that your posts and those of janknitz, are valuable in this thread. But posts by others, particularly those by Sleep Clinics techs are real trash.
