Can someone please help me with the RESCAN software. I have it installed and my computer and I am trying to get info off my machine, but the only info I seem to get is usage info. I see no info about leaks or anything else. I am doing something wrong with the software?

You need to (1) make sure that your S9 Elite is really an S9 Elite and not an S9 Escape, and (2) make sure that the Sleep Quality setting on the machine is set to On instead of Usage if you really have an S9 Elite.

The S9 Elite is data capable, but if it's Sleep Quality setting is set to Usage, I believe that it only records Usage data on the SD card instead of all the data.

The S9 Escape is NOT data capable. So if you've got one of those and you want to look at your data, you'll need to fight with your DME and possibly your insurance company and your doctor in order to exchange the Escape for an Elite.

Once you know that your S9 Elite is set to Sleep Quality: On, in order to see all the detailed data in ResScan you'll need to do the following when you're downloading data:

1) Make sure the download type is set to Download AllData instead of the default setting of Download SummaryData.

2) Make sure you download the detailed data at least once a week since the S9's clinical manual indicates that the SD card only stores 7 nights of detailed data. It stores something like 90 or 180 nights of summary data on the SD card if I recall right. But summary data is just the numbers for each night and does not let you see the detailed graphs for each night.

after further review I have an S9 Escape, not an S9 Elite, but it does have an SD card in the back.

The Escape is not efficacy data capable...the SD card you have records compliance data only.... meaning the hours used per day. This is for insurance compliance only. You should ask to swap out the Escape for an Elite....stand your ground and demand a machine which will provide you more information on your therapy.
