getting cpapauction to add my prescription

Post by dwhawaii » Thu Oct 21, 2010 7:11 pm

Say, for the last several weeks I have been repeatedly sending my new bipap ST prescription to cpapauction so I can bid on a machine with ST functionality - but there's no response, no progress... and no phone number. Anyone have any advice?

Thanks!

sorry I can't help but are you sure your prescription is in date and are you sure your email addy is correct? I'm asking cause I uploaded my script yesterday afternoon about 2 pm edt and I had confirmation this am. Double check everything.

dwhawaii, cpapauction is under the same ownership as cpap.com

Perhaps someone at cpap.com (800 356-5221) could help get your Rx on file with cpapauction.

Have you tried just bidding on the machine and then checking the bids. It will show an "RX" if they have your prescription on file.

I don't recall getting any notification that my prescription was received. It just showed up when I bid.

Maybe you've done that and it is not showing up so you are asking.

I think the problem is that it was added incorrectly. My prescription is for a bipap ST - spontaneous/timed - but they apparently just added "bipap" which is incorrect. Thus when I try to bid on an ST machine the website tells me I don't have permission to bid on that catagory.

Does anyone have a phone number contact for them? I've explained it via fax and email a number of times and they don't seem to be doing anything. I called CPAPcom - where they have my prescription - but the people there can't do anything about cpapauction.

thanks

Howdy,

3:48:33 PM Johnny Goodman: he's a guest on CPAPtalk I will ask him to email cpap@cpapauction.com his username
3:49:37 PM Eva Mourad: I think I found him
3:50:35 PM Eva Mourad: Please let him know I have fixed it. It was on the RX, but not checked off in the association screen which means he could not bid on an ST
3:50:51 PM Johnny Goodman: that's what he thought the problem was.
3:51:01 PM Johnny Goodman: glad it is an easy fix. I'll tell him sorry for the mistake.

Johnny
