Can I say you have always been an "old soul" on here? Your steady voice of reason has I'm sure been a blessing to more than you'll ever know. Congrats on the milestone.

It's good to not be a cpap newbie.

You accepted your condition,
listened and learned,
experimented,
made the adjustments,
and became your own best therapist.

Katie I'm surprised that you have only been on C-pap for a year.
Your so knowledgeable and willing to share.
Just goes to show what you can learn on this forum if you really apply yourself.
I know you did and I'm happy to hear your "life" has been returned to you.
It's so wonderful.

Dear Katie,

Congratulations! I was surprised that it was only one year for you. You are very knowledgeable and have helped me more than once with your expertise. You did the work and you stuck with it. You should be very proud.

Wishing you continued good health in the years to come,

Katie,

Congratulations! I feel like we've journeyed together. I'll be at a year this Saturday, and I've followed your posts closely. We often were navigating similar curves in the road, and your posts were timely and helpful.

Cheers, and many more years to come,

Happy Sleeper

Congratulations Katie.
I am glad you also have had such changes since you started. It is amazing the many subtle but empowering changes that appear over the course of a year!

I want to echo this as well. I remember that you were one of the first ones to welcome me when I started here in January. You have always been so kind and helpful. I would have never guessed that you were a newbie back in January.

Congratulations on a one-year anniversary!!
