Help! My "Smart Card" Is Acting "Stupid"!

For the past week or so, I've been having trouble getting my Smart Card to download data from my S8 Vpap.

When I insert the card, instead of the usual downloading message on the Vpap, it goes to the "Welcome" screen??????

I have to remove the card, and insert it again 3 or 4 times before it will start to download.

Any ideas as to what's going on????????

That's a hard call, but I would format the card and see if that cures the problem. (formatting will erase it)
