better with anxiety meds but not 100% yet

Post by Junaid » Tue Oct 05, 2010 5:54 am

started taking anti anxiety meds (celexa) bcos i was till tired after 9months of cpap. two weeks into my meds i started feeling better. less naps, less tiredness etc

overall things are better but not great...i still get these intense waves of tiredness which usually passes after a while.

have i reached my peak or can things still get better?

Sometimes increasing intense, prolonged physical activity to a higher level, especially in the mornings, can help, if your docs are OK with that. Working up a good sweat in the morning after a good night's sleep helps you feel better for that day and can make the next night of sleep better, too.I found that it was the increase in physical activity and changes in diet that brought the "feeling better" part along in my PAP therapy.
