Hi,

I see how stressed you are, and you have no time.. and I wish you had time to eat something healthy.. at least an apple every day...

sounds simple but it will help you...

and try to sleep on your side if you can while you are working thru this.. most of the worst apneas happen on your back..

I know you dont want to ask your friends for more help, I understand.. thank goodness you got the sleep study and the machine, and the bipap..

youre going to be okay, youll get thru this.. stop in here when you can, ignore those who dont care about helping you.. and just listen to the

ones who do...

"see" you when you pop in again.. take care.. elena

Completely off topic here (more or less) but did you know that (very recently) apples were shown to have relatively little nutritional value and that having one a day (as we all thought was such a good idea) is no more useful or healthy than having a whole lot of other things that taste good, but that we otherwise can do just fine without? Just think of all the poor apple growers who've been 'outed' !

hahaha thats funny.

Probably the myth of the apple raised the placebo effect.
So it may be better for people in more then nutricious ways.

my average Inhale pressure is 11.4
and my exhale pressure is 8.3

Starone,
At this point, I would suggest that any specific help topic with which you need help should probably be put into new threads so those who have an interest in that specific topic are drawn to it. If you name the subject specific enough.... like... Need Help with Pressures....it will bring more results. This thread is getting a big long and has some tangents in it that are not related.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
