Don't giveup, it took me @ 1 1/2 years to really get used to my CPAP, now I can't do without it. Play with the headstrap adjustments and eventually you find the right place. One thing that really works well is making sure your face is clean before going to bed,

I also found that it took a long time to get fully comfortable with my CPAP. I got benefit day one because I was so bad off going into it, but it took about 6 months to find that sweet spot where I had the right mask and the right adjustments. That was 18 months ago given that I am coming up on the end of my 2nd year on the hose.

How long have you been doing well since you finally got things dialed in?
