Snoring on CPAP

I've been enjoying the benefits of my CPAP Journey, not a year yet. But, my wife is telling me that I'm starting to snore again and this worries her and me that I'll go back to my life before CPAP. Anyone have this problem? or have suggestion(s)

Does your machine provide data indicating how you are doing as you sleep?
