Suzzy..... that RemStar M Series w/ C-flex is a fully data capable machine!! I would give it another try, if I were you.... Others who know that machine well will be able to give you advice on how to make it work for you, I am sure. You should start a new thread asking for advice on it to draw those users to your post.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Thanks, Emilie. I'll do that maybe tomorrow. I have to get ready to go out tonight. BTW, I love your Ragdoll. We had a beautiful and wonderful boy that we thought was at least partially Ragdoll for 18 years. What a cat he was!

Not all Remstar M series with c-flex are data capable. Give us the full name of it. Hopefully it will be data capable, but give us the full name to make sure.

Right. If it's a REMstar Plus M series, it records only compliance info (hours of use.)

If it's a REMstar Pro M series, it records "full data" (AHI and leak info.)

My list of machines that record "full data" (AHI and leak info) and those that don't -- updated through March 2010:
viewtopic.php?p=307168#p307168

The ones in blue record full data. The ones in red do not.

In case the DME tries to convince you that a machine provides the kind of "data" you want to see, simply because it happens to have a card stuck in it:

For some entertaining reading about that:
check out LinkC's post on page 2 of this thread:

And roster's post on page 3 of that same thread.

Suzzy mentions fluctuating pressures on the RemStar so it sounds like it might be an auto which would have data capability, yes? This might prove interesting.

Could be, yes.
Or the fluctuations she felt that bothered her could have been C-Flex doing its thing.
