I'd check to make sure it is attached at the mask and to the back of your machine.

i did both and it still says check tube.

once it reaches 17 pressure,it cuts off and says check tube.i just got it 2 days ago.

Again, this is exactly the sort of question you should be calling your provider about and asking them. They should be able to get you all fixed up!
