Depend on mask type, some people might find it useful. You may be able to make your own if you are creative.

avoid sponge rubber pillows that 'fight back' experiment with soft yielding pillows

many new CPAP users think they must lie on their backs, not so, you can lie in any position you wish

Hi and welcome, do register and login so we can assist further.

It really depends on what you mean by pillows, there's two kinds. The ones you put your head on (there are bed pillows that are designed for CPAP users) and there's the pillow masks, these are masks with pillows that rest under your nose rather than having a half or full face mask.

I don't have any experience with the former but do with the latter.

Thanks
Dave

If you're talking about the kind you put your head on - I love mine.

I first used a little 6 x 6 accent pillow from my sofa. It was small enough to put on top of my regular pillow and no matter what side I slept on the mask/tubing would easily hang over the side. It was the only way I could sleep on my side.

I did get a double edge pillow sold on this site - I love it!

i own a cpap pillows as well with sides indented to allow for the mask to sit properly on your face without shifting when your on your side. i find it hard to sleep on. i fall in the dents and it's not as comfy as my own pillow. there are lots out there so i may try another one later on down the road.
