To answer Jules...I have the Resironics PR System One the auto machine with the c-flex how do ya know if its a PR1 or not?

So which version of the viewer or pro works with my pr system one and a generic card reader...thats the one i need...
I dont have Windows Vista or 7 to worry about i stick with good ol Windows XP...lol

Your machine is a System One. The ridiculous full name is "Philips Respironics System One Remstar Auto". So you need v2.0 or higher.

Encore Pro 1.8i and Encore Viewer 1.0 will NOT work with the PR System One machines. EP1.8i only handles the special Smart Card not the SD card. You must Encore Pro 2.2 ot Encore Viewer 2.0.

It occurs to be that it might be possible to see older data by simply erasing the current week's files. Of course, always make a backup first. When I get the software, I'll give it a try. Does anyone have a comment on where the cheapest place is to get a copy of the 2.0 software (I have a System One IPX1).
