CPAP Error message- Help!

CPAP Error message- Help!

Hi-
I am getting an error message on my Resmed 8:

Data from Data card is not from a S8 flow generator. Using the autoscan 5.7 software.

Any ideas?

I don't know specifically about your error message. I do know with my S8 I use software ResScan 3.7. Is this a new error? Good Luck.

Give us a call at 800-376-5660 and ask for Dennis Thorne. I can't guarantee he'll have the answer (Resmed and Accurate Biomed don't have a formal relationship) but he may be able to get one for you.Just tell him Ian asked you to call from cpaptalk.com and we'll see if we can help.
