Interesting but they didn't say whether these people were treated or not. There would be a big difference in results if it were. Plus if they were not being treated WHY NOT?

I do think they were dealing with untreated patients, especially as they talk about whether or not to test treated pts with CHF on Cpap vs others.

I think it's also interesting because I'd bet a lot of the men with CHF have never been dx'd with SA and probably fight the idea of Cpap even if it comes up, apart from the fact women may be more likely to already be treated, plus it does seem (not from that article) that more men do get CHF to begin with.
